That it’s not imported but a genuine copy of the game meant for BeNeLux market.
There’s some faint “free game” print in the background. Could be you collected these, and if you had a certain number, you got a free game from the publisher? Just speculation.
What really pains me is the violation of the Dutch language on a official document though…
There was a Sony promotion in 2002 where you bought three games, sent in the seals, got a fourth game for free. I think I got Primal for it.
“This seal acts as an official proof of purchase of the game in the Benelux.”
