That seems like a long way to go just to polish an air base.
It’s always fun looking on flightradar24 in my area (Prestwick is fairly close) and seeing all the military jets. I think it gets used as a sort of midway logistics point between the US and wherever it is they are going.
I’m impressed that a “journalist” at Reach Media was able to get the right picture for the article.
Normally the plane shown is nothing to do with the plane in the article.
