He said pooled forces could reshape Black Sea stability and airspace control. Kyiv will insist on full EU and NATO integration, not shortcuts.

Turkey, Norway, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine can make the European Union one of the strongest alliances in the world thanks to a reliable security system.

The President Volodymyr Zelensky, during a televised broadcast, stressed that these countries have the potential to strengthen EU security and preserve shared values, without seeking alternative options.

The Four Countries’ Contribution to Regional Security

According to him, combining Ukraine’s and Turkey’s military capabilities could significantly increase regional stability, as the countries’ joint resources could influence developments in the Black Sea region and affect airspace control.

“I believe that these four countries will make the EU the strongest alliance in the world with the best security system… We are not seeking any alternative. I am convinced that these countries are very strong and can strengthen the EU. And even separately they are powerful players”
