I just do not understand why Wikipedia should care about it.
These are unmistakably the actions of a country that believes its war is justified. (Do I need to include a “/s”?) The fact that Russia is so desperate to conceal the facts indicates that they are well aware of their guilt and are simply trying to conceal it as best they can.
