After vaccinating +85% of the population… What measures are we talking about?
Insane that countries after over a year and a half, do not have a solution other than lockdowns. Honestly I can’t believe people actually accept that. The only country to realise this it seems is the UK.
This belief that you can somehow stop anyone dying in the face of a pandemic and completely ignoring all the negative effects of the measures. Humans have been around for thousands of years, our immune system is the culmination of millions of years of evolution and after all that time people will and do still die from viruses or other pathogens. The fact is when someone dies from a virus at the age of 80, that is no less unnatural than dying from heart disease, or peacefully dying in your sleep. If this continues despite 3 doses of a vaccine, what else can you do?
They’ll always be an other hurdle. The fact is the people at risk from covid will continue to be at risk until we have a complete cure. I guess people want to wait for that, madness.
Portugal was always praised for having a very high rate of vaccinated.
And now this. Obviously the vaccines are not working as expected and the “vaccine yourself and corona will end” promise is not true. Israel is another example of this.
How long is this supposed to go on? 3. booster, 7. booster, 15. booster…

6th lockdown, 19th lockdown… travel restriction yes, travel restriction no…. restaurants open, closed, open, closed.
Its not worth it anymore. Freedom and normal life have an enormous inherent value that is disregarded too much. And life will never be 100% risk free.
The amount of halfwitted fake news in the comments is despicable.
