NEKOOSA, Wis. (Northern News Now) – A Wisconsin hunter has a story he’ll likely tell for the rest of his life — and video to prove it.
Carson Bender, 19, was turkey hunting in central Wisconsin near Nekoosa when he realized a bobcat was standing almost motionless just behind him.
Moments later, the animal pounced.
Bender suffered only a few scratches on his shoulder. He continued hunting for a short time before later going to a doctor for a checkup.
