Morning Live yesterday had a segment where they visited Liverpool and asked people in the high street what they thought about the confidence vote – every single interview they did was different variations on “the matters closed, we need to move on and let him deal with the cost of living”. Absolutely none of them were critical of Boris and the Tories.
Either Liverpool has swung from 73% Labour support since the last GE or the BBC was cherry picking to make the Tories look better.
How very Trumpian.
This government is following the Trump playbook and it is a worry.
When Ministers ‘didnt hear any boos’ when there clearly were boos. Blame the media for anything etc
If they are not obsessing over one kind of BBC its the other
