Paris seeking to bring together ‘like-minded countries’ for supply chain stability

SYDNEY — France’s trade minister says the country is proposing the establishment of “confidence clubs” through which like-minded countries can share information on rare earths and other critical minerals to enhance the predictability of supply chains.
