The problem with stories such as this is that there is absolutely no way to tell the difference between someone who actually experienced this, and someone who made it up for sympathy likes.
And there are a *lot* of people like the latter.

This rounding up to full years the second one ticks over is bonkers. It’s been 2 years 2 months and 6 days since US blocked all non citizen inbound travel (that we were exempt from even)…that’s not 3 years!

Did this reviewer ever consider that the waiter, probably a youg person, was completely freaked out by someone dropping dead on their shift.
Considering the person that wrote that review has posted 3 different 2* reviews of a resturant in their home town (why keep going???) I’m going to go out on a limb and say maybe this person isn’t the brightest spark.
So many things don’t add up.
First it doesn’t have a star.
Secondly the times don’t make any sense unless they turned up super late for their 6.30 slot.
And finally if they has eaten their mains and had 2 bottles of wine. It would probably be around 11 by the time of the heart attack. 11.30 by the time everything is settled. And op is surprised the kitchen is closed.

The waiter probably didn’t give a fuck if you were ok. Why would they? They don’t know you. Don’t care about you. Will never see you again. Yet you want them to vain some interest in your life. But as long as it’s all about you, that’s ok. The person on the floor fighting for his life, screw him. But as long as you get a free drink out of it.
I’m more worried about the lack of paragraphs….
Worth noting that people from the US don’t “have a special holiday” they would “go on a nice vacation” unless it’s Christmas Day
