Not that I doubt the relative ranking of Belgium’s military, it does bear consideration that this particular ranking somehow considers Russia the second most powerful military on earth while explicitly excluding nuclear weaponry. That does sound rather odd to me.
Also, it’s well known that Belgium opts for more of a support role on the battlefield. We spend more money on our military than Portugal… a war isn’t won with firepower alone. logistics matter.
