I believe so. The first word seems to be “Gjuteriet” meaning “the foundry”.
Can’t really make out the rest but the second word is most likely the town.
The second word is “Trägravyr” meaning “Wood engraving”.
The last word is probably the name of the artist, but I can’t make that into something I recognize as a name.
Could the name be A R L Jonason?
People couldn’t write for shit back in those days
I think it says “193/300 Gjuteriet. Trägravyr. ARL, joanson”
Meaning its number 193rd out of 300 copies. The later part means “The foundry. Wood engraving” and then the name of the artist. His initials can also be seen in the right lower corner of the image as “ARL J”
