Foreign Flights Resume from Tehran Airport to Multiple Destinations

Islam Times – Iran has resumed international passenger flights from Tehran’s Imam Khomeini International Airport to several foreign destinations following a ceasefire in the US-Israeli war of aggression against the country, an official said.The CEO of Imam Khomeini International Airport said on Wednesday that since the resumption of passenger flights, planning and the necessary permits have been secured to operate routes to a number of international destinations.

Ramin Kashef Azar noted that flights have been arranged from Tehran’s airport to destinations including Istanbul, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Bangkok, Shenzhen, Muscat, Erbil, Kabul, Moscow, Doha, Baghdad, Najaf, Medina, and Yerevan.

He added that all procedures related to passenger check-in and dispatch in all sections at the two passenger terminals of Imam Khomeini International Airport are being carried out in full compliance with standards and under safe conditions.
