This is a hotel in Dublin near Grafton St. Talk about taking advantage. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Did rip-off Ireland ever go away?
Welcome to Dublin my friend
Should the title not be…..
The BOOM is back?!
At least there’s so much room for activities!
I bags the top bunk .
Looks like they made space from the hallways.
“Just say you’re Ukrainian, you’ll get it for free and a ticket to a football match”
You’ll hear a lot of that if this was twitter.
Rip off Ireland never left..
How is it a ripoff? Just don’t go in that hotel and nobody will get your 630 euros per night.
Go to Asia and that amount of money will land you in the presidential suite of a 3 to 4 star hotel, maybe even a 5 star one.
Fucking hell it’s actually cheaper to fly to Vegas and stay in a fancy ass hotel for a week than it is to stay in a Dublin hotel on a shitty bunk bed for 3 nights.
I can find a hotel for tomorrow in Dublin for <150 without even trying. Did just book the first one you clicked on lol
It never went away
It never went away
call and ask if this is a typo and they forgot the comma, they surely mean 62,9€?
It’s only a ripoff if someone pays
Is the tapeworm on the carpet included in that price?
Don’t worry another recession is on the way, prices won’t be that high for much longer.
Back? did it ever go away?
Seems we’re going to end up like a developing-country where you have the haves and the have-nots.
I know this hotel very well, very distinctive carpet, stayed there a few times, highly recommend it as a treat for the Mrs to be honest, but yeah the rip off culture with hotels in Dublin in particular is insane, actually got a decent enough deal for the June bank holiday Sunday night but booked it about 2 months in advance, an executive deluxe king room with B&B for 2 was €300, sounds really expensive I know but in comparison to the shithole in Tallaght I payed €210 for on a Saturday night a few weeks previous it was a bargain, there was a riot outside the kip in Tallaght when a group of scumbags bored with fuck all else to do tried to smash their way in and up to the rooms and fucking sirens all night long, jeeeesus Christ when I think of the comfort and luxury we got on Stephen’s Green it was well worth it, but yep, rip off Ireland is here to stay, just gotta find the highest quality of rip off I suppose
I hope the upper bunk is bracketed to the wall, that frame looks weak af.
