COLFAX, Wis. (WQOW) – In an email to 18 News, Jeff Foster announced his candidacy for State Senate District 23 on Thursday.
Foster lives in rural Colfax and is a former social worker, dairy farmer and business leader. He has degrees from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
The Foster campaign will be built around increasing State funding for public education, decreasing property taxes, revitalizing rural communities and funding childcare.
