From the artist, Andreas C. Chrysafis, “A unique historical art project is currently in progress. To my knowledge, no such art project has ever been attempted before in Cyprus. When it’s completed, It will be my cultural contribution to this beautiful island. The oil painting is expected to take over one year to complete and will measure 120 cm high by approximately 20-23 meters in length. It will illustrate the historical evolution of the island’s cultural transformation, starting from its Paleolithic /Neolithic periods. The unique painting is intended to enlighten viewers visually about the island’s transformation but also captivate audiences and future generations of Cyprus’s historical passage through time on a monumental scale.”
