LCIA to hear Rusal’s “surreal” treaty claim against Germany

Russian aluminium group Rusal has asked the LCIA to hear its investment treaty claim against Germany, naming a bank as co-respondent – a case that a UK judge has called “ambitious” and “bordering on the surreal”.
