P&T Luxembourg wasting paper and destroying the environment sending these type of invoices!🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻 i called them to complain and they have no solutions! They will keep sending 1,19euro invoices to my home every month. The paper and ink wasted is unacceptable! I’m sorry Post, You suck!🥹

1. In CNS they still pay people 4000€/month to sort incoming bills by hand. It’s not just POST man, the whole country is stuck in stone age

2. Yeah, not true. You can have them send it you you by e-mail. You just have to ask them and they’ll send you a formulaire to fill and send it back.

   I wonder if the fact that POST is state-owned and they want to keep the postal service getting funds?

5. Luxembourg is always way behind in things like this. I remember when in the Netherlands the supermarkets started asking you if you want the receipt before printing it. TEN YEARS AGO. Here they still happily waste kilometres of paper that goes directly into the trash.

6. I haven’t received a paper bill from post for years. I get an email with my monthly cost and that’s it.
   I also enabled SEPA withdraws so they get the money automatically.

   Don’t know where to put all of that crap.

8. They offer the choice, if you had logged in online and ticked for your invoices to be uploaded on your online space you wouldn’t get paper invoice

9. Stop lying. You can opt out of paper mail and get your invoices by e-mail.

10. The last time i’ve got a piece of paper from the post was 10years ago…your own fault if you don’t tell them to receive an e-mail instead of a paper bill.

11. I get exactly 0 paper invoices from Post. So go figure.
