Construction group Skanska has signed an agreement with atNorth to expand a data center in Espoo, Finland, in a deal valued at approximately SEK 1.1 billion. The order will be booked in the second quarter of 2026.
The project involves the expansion of the FIN02 facility and includes a new five-story building housing data halls and office space, encompassing installation and fit-out works. The expansion covers approximately 11,200 square meters.
Upon completion in the third quarter of 2027, the facility’s total capacity is expected to reach 45 megawatts.
