Same as beans with some sauce and rice.
Or you can eat the beans with bread.
Combination of proteins, fats, and carbs. Might not look great, and might not win a culinary competition, but it is cheap, filling and reasonably nutrituous.
But… how long did it take you to cook the penne? When I boil them, they take ages to get to a decent consistency. That looks nice but I fear it might have taken a day to cook ahah

Add some chouriço and pork in that and you will get a dish from Portugal.
