  1. I guess they want to get rid of racism. If they are successful and there is no racism, can there still be anti-racists? Does the counterfactual for anti-racists imply the existence of racism, so that even in the absence of racism the presence of anti-racists means racism must exist?

  3. Honestly, and this is a point that’s often either overlooked or dismissed, but it’d be really helpful if the Welsh Government clarified what they mean by “anti-racist”.

    I only say this because, while for the most time it’s very obvious stuff, there’s a minority of people who push postions under the definition of “to be anti-racist, you must….” and extoll what they openly describe as “abolish whiteness”. Unless it’s clarified, I can see it being a perfect opportunities for bad-faith actors to leap on it to paint it as something it might not be.
