It was stopped in 2010 as it wasn’t commercially viable. Many just found it quicker and cheaper to just take a flight from Scotland. Those that really wanted to go with their car found it much faster to just drive at 70MPH on the motorway to the south coast of England and cross with the ferry or channel tunnel train there.
