Andrew Bailey visited Blue Coat School last week to speak with Sixth Form students and talk about the UK economy, careers and the future of finance.
Students had the chance to ask questions on subjects such as artificial intelligence, digital banking, and cryptocurrencies.
One student said: “It was inspiring to hear from such an influential figure and really interesting to discuss future careers and the impact of AI on the economy.”
Another said: “I really valued the chance to ask questions and learn more about how the economy works in today’s world.”
