A vandalism investigation is underway in Waukesha County after someone painted swastikas and Bible verses across the Lisbon Village Hall building and its 9/11 Memorial. Nearby roads were blocked off on Sunday morning when WISN 12 News cameras arrived. As of this time, it isn’t clear when the vandalism happened or who is responsible.
