The International Monetary Fund (IMF) announced on Monday that an agreement has been reached with Honduran authorities. The staff-level understanding involves lending arrangements that will provide Honduras with access to approximately $245 million.
This financial arrangement is contingent upon the IMF board’s approval, which is anticipated to be finalized by late June.
Upon successful approval, these funds will bolster the Central American nation, providing much-needed financial support.
