LISBON — Robert “Bob” A. Garlough, II, 67, formerly of Lisbon, NY passed away at his home on March 3, 2026, in Kansas City, Missouri.
A graveside service will be held on May 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Bayside Cemetery in Potsdam, NY with Rev. Michael Catanzaro officiating.
Lawrence Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Canton has been entrusted with arrangements.
Bob was born March 21, 1959, a son to Robert Arnold and Audrey Arlene (Hendricks) Garlough.
He is survived by three sisters, Gladys and Stewart Parmeter of Hammond, NY, Patti LaRock and James Durham of Colton, NY and Connie Bonno and Kevin Brown of Lisbon, NY; 9 nieces and nephews; as well as grand nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a brother-in-law, Stephen Bonno of Lisbon, NY.
Bob joined the US Army and served from 1981-1985. He was stationed in Baumholder, West Germany. He was in Field Artillery. He was at Fort Riley, Kansas in 1983. He then served in the Army Reserves until 1987.
Bob worked for Certainteed Corp Kansas City Plant from June 2003 until his retirement March 2024 as Electrical Control Repairman and Electrical Maintenance Planner.
