Wizz Air is set to resume flights to and from Tel Aviv starting May 28, marking a significant step in reestablishing air links between Israel and major European destinations.

The airline halted operations in the wake of U.S. and Israel-led airstrikes on Iran but has decided to restart flights following a fragile ceasefire and coordination with international aviation authorities.

Chief Commercial Officer Ian Malin emphasized the company’s commitment to passenger and crew safety, underscoring their cautious approach in coordination with security bodies.
