Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh met with Malta’s Ambassador to Libya, Franklin Aquilina, and his accompanying delegation to discuss ways to strengthen the partnership and expand bilateral cooperation in several areas of mutual interest.
The meeting focused on enhancing relations between Libya and Malta and broadening cooperation across a range of shared priorities, with the aim of supporting ties between the two countries and opening new avenues for coordination in key sectors.
The two sides also discussed boosting economic and trade cooperation, supporting investment opportunities, and developing collaboration in the fields of energy and maritime transport, in addition to addressing a number of regional issues of common interest.
