Swedish authorities have deported 20 citizens of Uzbekistan due to violations of immigration laws, transporting them to Tashkent on a charter flight.
The return operation was carried out through coordination between the relevant authorities of both Uzbekistan and Sweden, The Caspian Post reports, citing Uzbek media.
According to the report, issues related to identification, documentation, and the safe transportation of the deported individuals were resolved promptly.
It is also noted that Uzbekistan continues to cooperate with foreign countries to protect the rights of its citizens and to prevent illegal migration.
The report adds that European countries have tightened migration regulations in recent years, and citizens living abroad are being reminded to strictly comply with the laws of their host countries.
