BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Callie Bauer departs from WKU Volleyball in pursuit of new beginnings at Helsinki, Finland.
The 5-foot-11 setter guided the Hilltoppers to five straight regular season titles and four Conference USA tournament titles. Bauer finished her stay with a total of 128 matches and 434 sets and was part of five NCAA tournament teams.
Following the 2026 regular season, Bauer was named an AVCA All-American Honorable Mention, the CUSA Setter and Alyssa Cavanaugh Player of the Year and an All-Conference First Team selection.
During her tenure on the hill she earned Setter of the Year recognition in 2025 and earned CUSA All-Conference First Team all four years. Bauer was also named CUSA Freshman of the Year in 2022 and is a three-time AVCA All-Region member.
Bauer finished her career on The Hill ranked fourth all-time in career assists with 4,978 and was fifth in assists per set at 10.42.
