Is there a similar map of countries that have legalised it?
That’s just sad.
The issue isn‘t why some countries have higher support than others. The issue is why all countries aren‘t 100.
Now these are rookie numbers people, c’mon.
It’s also over 50% among ethnic Estonians, but obviously the relatively large Russian minority is much more conservative.
I wouldn’t be too surprised if the progressive parties try to legalize it after the next parliamentary elections (March 2023) as the liberal E200 is likely to get voted in for the first time and the Social Democrats and the liberal Reform Party would most likely support it if majority support is feasible.
Damn why is France so low, god-damned cheese eating surrender monkeys
What year is this from? Hard to believe Ukraine is so low and lower than Russia.
Why aren’t you using the same eurobarometer numbers for all nations?
Support?
Does “i don’t care” counts? If not, its explains everything about this map
Im not gay, why am i supposed to support that, i just don’t care about LGBT, no hate, no support
And once again, I’m ashamed to be French…
Ukraine, ThE LaSt StRoNgHoLd Of FrEeDoM
Expected France a little higher honestly, at least higher than Italy.
Chad Georgia!
You cant use diffrent surveys in a map like this. For example, Eurobarometer which states that 89% of the danish population support same sex marriage also says that the support in Sweden and the Netherlands exceds 90% but the map presents these two countries with numbers taken from a ipsos survey.
Armenia and Georgia are lower than Turkey? Whut?
Finnish numbers are suspicious…
There’s no way the difference between Slovenia and Croatia is this high. In real life there isn’t really a noticable difference if you ask the average person.

Note: it seems Ukraine’s attitude towards LGBT has been improved since the creation of this map, according to this recent poll in 2022, support for same-sex marriages now standing at 27%: [https://gay.org.ua/en/blog/2022/06/01/ukrainians-have-dramatically-improved-their-attitude-towards-lgbt-people/](https://gay.org.ua/en/blog/2022/06/01/ukrainians-have-dramatically-improved-their-attitude-towards-lgbt-people/)
