If you read the article it is a ‘resident’ mentioned at least once. Not necessarily staff.
The perpetrator might be a ‘patient’ as well.

Not really surprised, I know of a Nigerian woman who has been raped multiple times by a senior Irish member of the direct provision centre in Finglas. She went to Guards once and they were so dismissive that she decided it wasn’t worth potentially being booted out of the country because she wouldn’t be believed
