Taking away the money from Orban was the first step. Taking away his veto rights would be the correct follow-up.

Wait, few weeks ago it was Poland, now Hungary. Who is next?
Funny thing. 2 weeks ago Orbán implemented an “emergency” tax that is called… EXTRA Profit TAX. They put an extra tax on big companies, like telcom, supermarkets, energy companies, banks, because according to Orbán, they make too much money…
And why does the EU is so eager to put so many new taxes?
How about more transparency on how the money raised from taxes are spent?
Plus who would eventually pay for this corporate tax, end users right?

Verhofstadt is calling for a convention to end unanimity.
> EU has a political problem: giving in to blackmailers only makes them do it more often.
> EU has a structural problem: unanimity
> We need a Convention to stop endless veto’s weakening Europe !

Dear EU,
