The project is backed by chef Simon Boyle, and the redesigned venue includes a new dining space and updated kitchen facilities intended to support both restaurant service and hospitality training programmes. Brigade works with organisations supporting vulnerable communities and has helped thousands of people access training, qualifications and employment opportunities in the hospitality sector. The restaurant has become known for blending fine dining with charitable work in central London.
