La coopération avec les britanniques a militairement beaucoup plus de sens qu’avec l’armée allemande (oui, j’aime pas la BFA, et pourtant j’y ai fait un tour).
Leur armée est de même dimension, avec des équipements similaires et une expérience opérationnelle correcte (qui manque notamment aux schleus).
Néanmoins, je ne vois pas trop l’intérêt de nommer un Général étranger à la tête d’une division nationale, personnellement ça me ferait grincer des dents…
Ça montre une chose néanmoins, l’armée britannique cherche à se rapprocher de la notre depuis une bonne décennie parce qu’elle est consciente de ses lacunes opérationnelles. Ça leur apprendra à manger dans la main des États-Unis, qui les abandonneront au premier problème dans leur sphère d’influence.
