God forbid they invest in a wall mounted dispenser
The likely reason that warning was written is because the last bottle of soap was stolen.
Incidents like this are a warning of how rapidly and seriously our society is declining. There are enough poor and desperate people out there that small bottles of soap are now being targeted for theft. (rolls eyes, sighs)

Stolen by severe alcoholics.
I’ve definitely seen shit like that in Dublin before. It’s not a new issue.
This will make it more likely to be stolen
I can still drink it though !!! Right ?
No one steals a bar of soap
If they’re using really cheap soap surely it wouldn’t matter if it was stolen. It’s not like it’s a fancy expensive soap like Molton Brown or Aesop
If you’re the type of person to steal a bottle of hand soap from the jacks of a cafe, I’m not quite sure a written note asking you not to do that would be enough of a deterrent.
