I have an ASG match this afternoon, it will be a challenge to protect my skin and not boil myself at the same time.

Twelve hours of working on catering today at Graspop for me. Luckily, the food stalls are shaded and the heat might mean less people wanting to eat.
I love it! Holiday feeling while in Belgium. Extra few degrees because central Brussels.
I don’t get it here: ppl complain about the rain, but then don’t go out in the sun 😂😂
Just on the one day I had time to trim my hedges (around 100m to be done on both sides and the top).
Taking a small break now as my heartrate was averaging near 150…

Very very happy my air heatpump got installed a month and a half ago!
For those who have a house or apartment not cool enough to stay inside, I definitely recommend taking a chair and go to a large closed garage on -2nd or -3rd floor. It is amazing how cool they are inside. Probably around 25 degrees.
Ga naar een bos en ontdek hoe belangrijk groen is! Houdt ons koel, behoudt ons water, geeft ons verse lucht, … Natuur zorgt voor ons!

Buying an airco was the best decision of my life. My room is the perfect temperature right now.
Was in Belgium last summer as a tourist, loved the rain and mild weather. Now living here and dying from the heat and ACs are not a thing here apparently 🙁
