All Energy providers in Germany are legally forced to make the change process nearly hassle free. You can freely choose a new provider and they will start the process. Cancellation etc are automatically processed. You can choose these services just as verivox or CHECK24 to compare many providers, if you carefully read the fine print of the services they provide.
