Highly unlikely to be organ harvesting. Whether the woman believes it or not is another thing, maybe she thought she’d be treated more sympathetically than if she told them she was brought her for prostitution or organised soliciting.
I do wonder with the housing crises could I sell a kidney to get a jump on the deposit? 🤔
Not the same deal I’m sure, but wasn’t there a story a couple of years ago about a woman approaching a guard in Dublin and claiming this? Then it turned out she was a con artist?

I’d say prostitution is the more likely reason.
Maybe it’s easier for this woman to think they wanted her for a kidney rather than to prostitute her.

I think it would be fairly difficult to harvest organs with out doing some level of tissue typing for a potential donor.
