Please advise on how to proceed. Company I work at is infringing upon various collective agreement labor laws in Spain. I am currently working on filling out forms and informing myself about local labor laws in Spain along with starting to organize with my fellow workers.

Let me explain my and my fellow workers’ situation.
For starters, we are getting paid less than the minimum wage established by the Collective Agreement labor laws including the extra language bonus which I was told I would be getting, and I am also getting paid less than the salary I was offered initially through email.
Secondly, the “trial period” for the job established in the contract is 30 days longer than the maximum legal trial period established in our CA labor laws.
They also made us start working before receiving our contract, and they forced us to sign a contract through a Temp Job Agency that we have never heard of. This TJA was not a part of the job advertisement process, the interview process nor the training process.
The contract was also signed through a shady app, and we had to read the contract that was split into 12 separate PDFs. We did not receive a signed copy of our contract either.
Along with this, we are supposed to receive support and supervision from a team of supervisors to do our work properly; but we have one or two supervisors each day for the entire office that are entirely incompetent for their role.
We are also provided with a software tool to do our job which crashes, bugs out and fails every single day.
The computer keyboard insides are filthy, and every other computer has problems or just doesn’t work.
Moreso, we have nobody to contact about this in the company. Our supervisor’s job is only to give us tips on how to work better, to make sure we’re doing things right and to help us out with tough calls.
So far I’ve just been researching the CA labor laws in my country and listing the aspects of our job that infringe on them, appart from starting a group chat in whatsapp. I’d greatly appreciate any advice on how to proceed.
