How is it possible for the exam boards to be so inept? Seems like every single year there’s an article about how they fucked something up and left thousands of students either fucked or stressing until they admit they made a mistake and compensate the marks
I guess there’s little incentive to fix your shit when your “customers” have no say in if they use your services or not
What do you do in circumstances like this? If you say that it doesn’t count towards the grade then you still have students that got flustered and spent time on it that they didn’t need to.
