Leo has a never ending supply of witticisms that he can trot out to deflect extremely valid complaints about the state of the country. He’s had the trappings of power for long enough and while I’m sure he tried his best, it hasn’t been good enough in a lot of areas and he needs to own his failings.
That said, even a broken clock is right twice a day and I’m genuinely sick of the holier than thou approach from SF at times. If you want to run the country you need to man up and address your own valid criticisms like the lunatic fringe of your party, questionable fundraising activities and contradictory approaches at times to issues like housing. You might get into power based on a wave of dislike for FFG, but it’s more of a reflection on their ineptitude rather than your own excellent political skills and superior policies to solve the country’s problems
