At the very least, GDP increasing is better than it decreasing. If it was decreasing, things would get worse. For all the issues we have now, at least there’s full employment.
The housing and cost of living crises would be much worse if unemployment was higher.
I always hate hearing how great we are doing economically while it seems we have never been poorer as a society. Whats the point in great figures if we can’t afford to even exist, let alone live.
