  1. Paul Hyde’s nomination letter from IRDA to ABP, dated 20/11/13

    On 5/12/11 IRDA asked the CRO to dissolve its organisation. It nominated Paul Hyde despite no longer being entitled to do so under planning legislation

  2. Why?

    ABP are being accused of considerably more interesting issues than this tbh. The report by Remy Farrell SC will presumably give a clearer picture than vague tweets, and one should keep an eye on the JRs that will ensure if ABP have been naughty.
