It’s quite weird you used english names for all voivs except for Podlachia (Podlaskie). Also, you missed population for Łomża (in Podlaskie). And there is a small mistake concerning borders – Podlaskie and Lublin a share a really short border, but here Masovia seems to split them apart.
But overall, great job!

Okay, it’s not perfect but gotta admit it’s some solid work overall. If we would live in Middle Ages that would be top tier map used by monarch, just add griphons, dragons etc for realism xD
Writing average year/period of city population data would be advised. After merging with surroundings city populations can change in tens of thousands.
