Your guess is as good as mine, nothing is official yet. But from the direction the discussion is taking, the probability is moving towards that option. More and more high ranking politicians are taking position which is a sign that this will probably be sooner than later. I’d keep an eye on the news the next few days.
No point in making it compulsory until we cracked down on people with fake vaccine ID cards.
Edit: If you think compulsory vaccinations work without a tamper-proof certificate system in place, you’re either delusional or banking on using the existing holes to circumvent the mandate. Not surprised my comment triggered the second group, though.
If you lockdown people who are vaccinated it will not encourage others to take vaccines. Vaccinated people should be allowed to live free without masks etc.
