One of the British F-35Bs crashed on take off on Wednesday whilst operating in the Mediterranean. The cause is still under investigation whilst aircraft recovery is underway.

What are those little steam jets on the first take-off?
How fast are they when leaving the carrier? From the video perspective it looks something like 10km/h
Aren’t they like the first planes that actually take off this ship in years ? Is this that story ?
