  1. Anyone knows some details about this? I believe they are apartments and was able to find this website [https://www.thealliance.ie/](https://www.thealliance.ie/) Some older websites showing pretty high prices for these apartments which doest even look that big from the inside.

  2. One of the coolest things in Dublin for me. Mad how they essentially turned an old gas balloon into this.

The entire area around the south docks was actually used for various gas and coke works and just before decontamination they weren’t even sure if the land could be used for apartments given the decades of such work that were around there.

Not only did they manage it, they completely knocked it out of the park. Must be one the best places in Europe to live and work now.

  3. Liam Carroll development from back in peak Celtic Tiger. They’re poorly built shoebox apartments. They look cool from the outside and that’s about it.

As many said back at the time of construction, they were modern day tenements.

  4. Sold by NAMA for a pittance and now being rented for up to €4,500 a month per apartment. Funnily enough if you try and find the sale info that was widely published about a decade ago, all the articles have been deleted, very strange.
