  1. Cool, never known anyone from those countries.

    Better to have a set number of people coming here to work, according to gaps in the labour market, rather than an uncontrolled number like before, which was solely according to which nationalities are most likely to accept poor working conditions and pay in every industry.

  2. They are honest and hardworking people. For the money they are paid here they will work hard and do a good job. The only issue is a language barrier and safety training which hopefully should be addressed. They will probably feel homesick for the time being here too.
