Definitely the major tourist sites in thesaloniki, at Meteora you can visit the monasteries up on the mountains of you wanna hike, there’s also the natural history museum there, and make sure you eat truffle pasta, and when you are leaving Greece you can stop at the Roupel fortifications at the greco-bulgarian border, its a ww2 battlefield
