From what I understand, i need to be registered, but when i try to, it tells me that i need to add my postal code, but it doesn’t recognize it. is it because i’m from canada? What should I do? Could it be the postal code of the hotel? Tbh got no idea. thanks

Seems to only take portuguese zip codes. Anyways, shouldn’t really matter I believe if you put your hotel zip code. They only check if your name matches the name on the ticket you bought (and maybe ID too, not sure).
